Meltzer sottolinea anche come questa decisione possa essere stata presa a causa della grande reazione favorevole che ottiene dal pubblico ogni volta che appare a Raw.

I think they want the idea of ‘oh he got cheated’ because that’s kind of how they set the stage for a babyface turn where the heel gets cheated and the fans go, ‘oh he kind of got cheated there.’
Penso che quel finale sia dovuto al fatto che Elias sarà un babyface nel lungo periodo. Cosa che in realtà è già.
