Terry Funk è morto all’età di 79 anni e il mondo del wrestling ha voluto ricordare con affetto la leggenda scomparsa.

Funk è stato senza alcun dubbio uno dei wrestler più amati dai fan, in grado di mostrare e dimostrare il proprio talento in giro per il mondo, dagli Stati Uniti al Giappone.

Titoli conquistati ovunque, dalla ECW alla NWA / WCW, passando per WWE e persino AJPW. Nella promotion di Stamford ha anche ricevuto nel 2009 uno dei massimi onori, ossia l’ingresso nella Hall of Fame.
