AJ Francis ha pubblicato un post sui social per difendere Trick Williams dalle critiche, sottolineando come sia un grande performer.
Dopo aver lasciato NXT, Trick Williams è stato aggregato al roster di Friday Night SmackDown e ha anche già avuto una grande opportunità: a WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event ha infatti condiviso il ring con Sami Zayn, Randy Orton e Damian Priest sfiorando la vittoria. Non è, però, riuscito a conquistare un match valido per il WWE Championship.
Qualche ora fa, sui social, si è scatenata una discussione sulle sue qualità. Tutto è partito da Dave Meltzer: il giornalista del Wrestling Observer ha affermato che, secondo lui, Trick non è eccezionale in termini di qualità in-ring ma ha un carisma fuori dal comune e, dunque, la WWE dovrebbe puntare su questo suo aspetto.
Nei commenti c’è poi stato un botta e risposta tra diversi fan che hanno discusso delle sue abilità. Sull’argomento è intervenuto AJ Francis, wrestler della TNA, che ha affermato: “Se pensi che Trick non sia un grande performer, o sei stupido, o intenzionalmente ignorante o razzista, o tutte e tre le cose. Punto.”
