Edge è finalmente approdato ufficialmente in All Elite Wrestling, debuttando stanotte in quel di AEW WrestleDream.
Dopo il suo ultimo match nella puntata di SmackDown del 28 Agosto, affrontando e sconfiggendo Sheamus, si sono fatte più insistenti le voci in merito al suo imminente debutto in AEW, visto anche che il rinnovo con la WWE non stava andando per il verso giusto.
Alla fine The Rated R-Superstar si è fatto vedere a WrestleDream, attaccando improvvisamente Christian Cage e salvando Darby Allin.
