General Adnan, wrestler e manager nell’allora World Wrestling Federation, è purtroppo scomparso in queste ore.
Adnan è stato un wrestler attivo nella World Wide Wrestling Federation e nella New Japan Pro-Wrestling negli anni ’70, mentre è molto più nota la sua parentesi come manager all’inizio degli anni ’90. Adnan, infatti, era il manager di Sgt. Slaughter quando questi divenne un simpatizzante iracheno e i due formarono anche una stable con Iron Sheik (rinominato Colonel Mustafa) chiamata Triangle of Terror.
Purtroppo in queste ore è arrivata la tragica notizia.
General Adnan ci lascia a 84 anni
Come annunciato dall’annunciatore Ken Resnick su Facebook, General Adnan è scomparso all’età di 84 anni. A distanza di pochi mesi dalla scomparsa di Iron Sheik, avvenuta lo scorso Giugno, due terzi del Triangle of Terror non sono più tra noi.
Lo staff di The Shield of Wrestling porge le sue più sentite condoglianze alla famiglia dell’ex wrestler e manager, al secolo Adnan bin Abdul Kareem Ahmed Alkaissy El Farthie.
