Kenny Omega ha accettato la sfida di Zack Sabre Jr per Forbidden Door 2026. Il match è stato ufficializzato.
Stanotte, si è tenuta una nuova puntata di AEW Dynamite, durante la quale sono stati annunciati i primi match di Forbidden Door, il PPV crossover a cui parteciperanno non solo AEW e NJPW, ma anche CMLL e STARDOM.
In particolare, è stato improvvisamente annunciato Kenny Omega vs Zack Sabre Jr per il PPV del 28 giugno, in un vero e proprio scontro tra simboli rispettivamente della All Elite Wrestling e della New Japan Pro-Wrestling.
È stato ZSJ a lanciare la sfida all’ex AEW World Champion, che ha poi accettato, ufficializzando così il match tra i due. L’ultimo scontro risale al G1 Climax 2018 e Zack Sabre Jr vuole vedere se Kenny Omega è ancora il migliore al mondo. Si tratterà, inoltre, del primo match disputato tra i due su suolo americano.
