Cody Rhodes: All In è stato il Woodstock del wrestling

Cody Rhodes tramite un suo tweet ricorda l’evento indipendente All In del 2018 come il Woodstock del Wrestling.

Lo show All In fu organizzato dallo stesso Rhodes dopo aver ‘accettato’ una scommessa/provocazione fatta da Dave Meltzer dove allora dichiarò che la ROH non sarebbe riuscita a vendere 10.000 biglietti per un singolo evento.

Cody Rhodes nel 2018, accettando la provocazione di Meltzer finanziò lo show e registrò il Sold Out alla Sears Centre Arena di Chicago.

Rhodes con il suo account ufficiale Twitter, rispondendo a un fan che gli ha ricordato quella serata, ha definito lo show come il Woodstock del wrestling.

“Non lo dimenticherò mai. Il Woodstock del wrestling. I ragazzi e io siamo stati in grado di far luce su ciò che poteva essere possibile per questo sport. Sono grato ai fan che hanno partecipato.

La targa è ancora sull’edificio? Non l’ho mai vista, potrei fare una deviazione domenica (Hell in a Cell di disputerà proprio a Chicago ndr) presto per fare una foto”.
