Il prossimo 1 Dicembre la WWE organizzerà un evento speciale che andrà in onda in esclusiva sul WWE Network: Starrcade. Lo show si disputerà all’Energy Center di Duluth, in Georgia. Anche se la card per la serata è stata pubblicata qualche giorno fa, pare che la WWE abbia in mente di cambiare il Main Event dello show, andando ad aggiungere un match titolato con tanto di stipulazione speciale: uno Steel Cage Match.
La possibile card
Pochi giorni fa il sito dell’Energy Center ha pubblicato una card che, come sappiamo, è comunque soggetta a cambiamenti. Al momento, i match pubblicizzati per lo show sono i seguenti.
- King Corbin vs Roman Reigns
- Randy Orton vs Seth Rollins
- AJ Styles vs Kevin Owens in un incontro valido per il WWE United States Championship
- Rusev vs Bobby Lashley (con Lana)
- The New Day (Kofi Kingston & Big E) vs The Revival (Scott Dawson & Dash Wilder) con gli SmackDown Tag Team Titles in palio
- The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka & Kairi Sane) vs Becky Lynch & Charlotte Flair in un Tag Team Match valido per i WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship
Il main event
Inizialmente per lo show era stato pubblicizzato un match in cui “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt avrebbe dovuto mettere in palio il suo WWE Unviersal Championship contro The Miz. Nelle ultime ore, però, sono emerse delle novità. La WWE avrebbe infatti cambiato idea e pare che abbia iniziato a pubblicizzare uno Steel Cage Match in cui ad affrontare Wyatt dovrebbe essere Braun Strowman.
