Indy Wrestler Of The Week nonostante una sconfitta per lo Zar. In una settimana abbastanza spoglia, spunta la PROGRESS Wrestling con Chapter 91: Prog On The Tyne e Chapter 92: Entertaining Friends.
Cos’è accaduto a Chapter 91?
Vittoria per squalifica dei More Than Hype (annunciati, tra l’altro, per il prossimo show della Rising Sun) contro i Do Not Resuscitate. Jurn Simmons sconfigge Connor Mills. Gran vittoria per Holidead (altra annunciata in Sun) ai danni di Candy Floss. Segue un buonissimo match valido per la N°1 Contendership al PROGRESS Unified World Title, con la vittoria di Ilja Dragunov su un grande avversario: Jordan Devlin. Geordie Street Fight: continua il buon periodo di Paul Robinson con la vittoria su Primate. Lo scorso Indy Wrestler Of The Week, David Starr, ha poi la meglio su Brent Banks (che in Sun ci è stato da poco), in una settimana che lo ha visto perdere contro PAC in RevPro. Nel Main Event, WALTER distrugge Eddie Kingston mantenendo il titolo per decisione arbitrale.

Nell’opener, LJ Cleary batte Chuck Mambo. Holidead fa bottino pieno in PROGRESS e batte Lana Austin. Si riprende Jordan Devlin, che sconfigge Connor Mills. Male invece Eddie Kingston, che perde per Count-Out contro un ottimo ospite, Jonathan Gresham. Si ferma Paul Robinson, sconfitto da Trent Seven. I Do Not Resuscitate battono i More Than Hype in una rivincita 2 vs 2 (e non 3 vs 3, dato che Cleary e Mambo si sono affrontati nell’opener) prima del Main Event, con WALTER che sconfigge Ilja Dragunov e continua a mantenere il titolo.
