La WWE ha delle partnership con alcune federazioni minori, come EVOLVE, ICW (Insane Championship Wrestling) e PROGRESS.
In specifici casi, la federazione permette ad alcuni atleti di prendere parte a degli show di queste federazioni: solitamente gli atleti di NXT in EVOLVE e gli atleti di NXT UK in ICW e nella PROGRESS.
Nella serata di ieri, la PROGRESS Wrestling ha annunciato la partecipazione speciale di un tag team di NXT per lo show di Chapter 98. Danny Burch ed Oney Lorcan affronteranno i PROGRESS World Tag Team Champions Scotty Davis e Jordan Devlin (noto atleta di NXT UK) in un match titolato.

L’evento si terrà il 24 novembre all’Electric Ballroom di Londra, ed è stato intitolato “May I Play Devil’s Advocate For A Minute?”.
