Settimana incredibile per il wrestling in generale anche fuori dalle indipendenti, con eventi come i Southern Showdown, Fyter Fest e Best In The World. Tornando allo specifico, The Product è nuovamente l’Indy Wrestler Of The Week. Due match questa settimana, pochi per i suoi ritmi, ma molto significativi. Il 30, una vittoria a PROGRESS Chapter 90: The Lonesome Death Of The One-Man Cabaret Act. In coppia con OJMO, ha sconfitto il suo rivale di mille battaglie WALTER e Shigehiro Irie, che ha rimpiazzato Veit Müller. Ma è la vittoria del 29 la più significativa: diventa il nuovo Defiant World Champion, sconfiggendo Rampage in un No Disqualification Match a Defiant Built To Destroy 2019.

Con queste vittorie, Starr si prepara al meglio al 28 luglio. A BEYOND Americanrana 19, infatti, affronterà un altro rivale storico, Joey Janela, in un 60-Minutes Iron Man Match. Dopo il Death Match dello scorso anno, possiamo avere solo grandi aspettative.

Torna in scena la EVOLVE, con Chapter 129 e 130. Ad un passo dal grandissimo (e trasmesso sul WWE Network) 10th Anniversary, ci sono comunque due grandi ospiti per questi due eventi: Roderick Strong e Tyler Breeze, dritti da NXT. Ritorno importante anche della AAW che, con Never Say Die 2019, si conferma una delle più grandi federazioni al mondo a non avere uno show televisivo settimanale.
