John Cena avrebbe deciso di anticipare il suo turn heel, inizialmente previsto per WrestleMania 41. Ecco le ultime novità!
Il Leader della Cenation ha scioccato il mondo intero schierandosi tra le fila dei cattivi a WWE Elimination Chamber 2025, attaccando Cody Rhodes e unendosi a The Rock e Travis Scott. Da lì è partita la rivalità che ha portato Cena a vincere il suo diciassettesimo titolo del mondo in quel di WrestleMania 41.
Le cose, però, sarebbero dovute andare in maniera differente. Secondo quanto rivelato da Dave Meltzer, infatti, la WWE aveva inizialmente pensato a un turn heel direttamente allo Showcase of the Immortals, per creare un WrestleMania Moment a dir poco iconico.
La volontà di John Cena ha però portato Triple H e il team creativo ad anticipare il tutto a Elimination Chamber, stravolgendo anche lo stesso show. Inizialmente, infatti, il segmento della “vendita dell’anima” con The Rock e Cody Rhodes doveva tenersi dopo i primi due incontri, ma è stato invece spostato il main event per regalare un momento indimenticabile ai fan.
